HSEQ Advisor

HSEQ Advisor – Paris

Linum Consult’s client, an international fit-out contractor, is seeking an HSEQ Advisor to provide support to their construction team in Paris, France.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promoting the company’s Safety First culture, and ensuring all HSEQ standards are understood and implemented across sites
• Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of construction phase plans, H&S files, and project-specific quality plans
• Ensuring subcontractors are pre-qualified and verified before commencing work
• Reviewing safety, environmental, and quality documentation for adequacy and compliance
• Coordinating and participating in pre-commencement project meetings
• Conducting regular site HSEQ audits and preparing weekly reports
• Supporting statutory, ISO, and company management system compliance across all live projects
• Reinforcing best practices and continuous improvement

PROFILE

• Diploma in Health & Safety or equivalent qualification
• Excellent knowledge of occupational health & safety best practices
• Previous experience in an HSEQ position within the construction sector, in a site-based role
• Good understanding of quality and environmental management principles
• Experienced in ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
• A strong personality, with the ability to influence, support, and challenge site teams to continually improve HSEQ performance
• Fluent in English and in French
• The right to live and work in the EU
