HSEQ Training Coordinator | Temporary

Are you an organised coordinator who enjoys keeping training on track and making sure nothing slips through the cracks? This temporary opportunity supports the coordination, improvement and monitoring of training and competency frameworks, helping employees and leaders perform their roles safely and confidently.

You’ll maintain the training matrix, update documents and records in the system, and ensure staff training requirements are current. Working closely with managers and team leaders, you’ll coordinate training, identify gaps and help put practical support in place where it’s needed.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining the role based training matrix, ensuring requirements reflect the risks and responsibilities of each role.
• Tracking statutory and compliance training requirements and keeping system records and documents up to date.
• Coordinating internal and external training, including competency assessments and additional training for higher risk activities.
• Supporting managers and team leaders with the tools and skills to train their people and manage competency onsite.

What you’ll bring
Strong coordination and systems experience is essential, along with attention to detail and confidence managing documents, records and competing priorities. A background in training would be beneficial, as would an approachable style and the ability to work well with people across the business.
