Job Title: HR Generalist (Specializing in Recruitment & Payroll)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist to manage our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between heavy technical payroll administration and aggressive, niche talent acquisition.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment focusing on specialized pipelines, specifically Business Development managers and Gaming/Esports talent.
• Accurate management of bi-monthly or monthly payroll, including timekeeping, attendance tracking, deductions, and government mandate submissions.
• Maintenance of employee records, execution of onboarding/offboarding processes, and handling of basic employee relations.
  Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of solid experience balancing both Recruitment and Payroll in the Philippines.
• Documented success in hiring Business Developers and candidates from the Gaming or Tech sectors.
• Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws, tax computations, and government benefits.
• Office location is in Makati; candidates must be amenable to this work location.
