Huawei Cloud O&M Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the operation and maintenance of cloud resources such as network, computing, storage, databases, and security for Huawei Cloud NA customers, including monitoring and inspection, problem handling, changes, emergency response to failures, risk management, Asset management, and automation of operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering related fields, with a priority for computer science, communication, software engineering, and other related majors. Have more than 3 years cloud operation and maintenance experience, proficient in Linux, understanding of TCP/HTTP protocols, ability to analyze common network issues, and familiarity with common services such as DNS, NTP, DHCP.

2. Be able to undertake the technical solution and delivery management of the Cloud O&M service, covering proactive prevention,,O&M management, and basic O&M.

3.Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, be able to locate and demarcate cloud problems, and take the lead in problem closure.

4. Be familiar with tenant O&M processes, such as backup management, resource inspection, requirement management, risk management,asset management, expense analysis, and monitoring and warning.

5.Rich practical experience in Huawei cloud platform operation and maintenance, with ability to independently troubleshooting common platform issues through in-depth technical knowledge.

5.Familiar with cloud computing (public cloud and private cloud) or general IT technologies, such as networks, operating systems databases, middleware products of major software vendors, or basic IT components.

6.Good team collaboration and communication skills, willingness to share, and a strong customer service consciousness.

7.Be fluent in Chinese and English, speaking, reading, and writing.
