Role: Hub Head

What will you be doing?
* Drive revenue growth by maximizing occupancy and ensuring steady availability of sellable rooms in the hub
* Manage client collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables
* Review revenue and performance dashboards to track team productivity and take data-driven decisions
* Provide market insights, pricing trends, and competitive intelligence to support hub expansion strategies
* Achieve hub targets for Revenue and Customer Experience (CX) metrics
* Maintain quality standards to drive repeat business and improve guest experience
* Resolve conflicts between property owners, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Daily availability of Sellable Rooms (DSRN)
* Revenue & Contribution Margin (Absolute INR)
* Pay at Hotel (PAH) realization
* Daily Occupancy (URNs) improvement
* Improvement in Guest Experience (GX metrics)

Eligibility
* 812 years of overall work experience
* Minimum 34 years of experience managing teams
* Experience in Hospitality / Travel industry will be an added advantage
