Hub Lead

About the role

Achieve Trapo JB region assigned sales target & profitability target with leading offline sales team and detailing team with team size 8-10, inclusive channels direct to consumer channel (Trapo hub) & business to business channel (premium dealer ship). Build win-win business relationship with business partner in JB to maximise sales and Trapo product penetration. A leader to ensure Trapo excellence customer service is served in JB region. To own localise contents marketing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an offline sales team and detailing to achieve company assigned goal
• Build a strong and sustainable business relationship with premium dealers at all-level, ensure sales target and profitability target is met
• Ensure sales team follow Trapo selling and service method. Train, coach and develop sales team for better product knowledge, customer service skill and productivity
• Ensure hub operation is 100% comply with retail compliances
• Lead hub sales team to execute both retail store operation toward retail excellence level (visual merchandising set up, stock operation, POS system operation, hub cleanliness, lounge experience)

About you

• At least 5 years in leading sales team with experience in sales coaching, business planning, and shop retail operation; having a proven good sales track record
• Result oriented and resourceful in provide solution and proposal to company and team
