Placement Location

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all warehouse operational activities, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns
• Arrange daily operator work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure team performance meets operational targets and SLAs
• Conduct daily control of stock data accuracy (WMS vs. physical), and handle cases of mismatches, damaged, or missing items
• Responsible for achieving operational KPIs such as SLA compliance, stock accuracy, and team productivity.
• Perform process quality checks and ensure all activities comply with SOPs, safety standards, and the 5S principles
• Coordinate with courier teams, admin, customer service, and head office (HO) teams to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports related to inbound, outbound, aging, and manpower performance status

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: Preferably Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or operations management
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing warehouse/logistics operations as a leader, supervisor, or core team member
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, storage, returns, and inventory control
• Familiar with using WMS systems, scanners, and other basic operational tools
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work toward operational targets
