Role & responsibilities :
Manage daily hub/terminal operations smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise bus movement, scheduling, boarding, and dispatch activities.
Coordinate with drivers, helpers, ticketing, maintenance, and customer service teams.
Ensure buses depart and arrive on time and operational issues are resolved quickly.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and shift schedules.
Handle customer complaints and service-related issues at the hub.
Maintain proper cash, ticketing, vehicle, and operational records.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for vehicle breakdowns and safety checks.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and transport regulations.
10.Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
