Hub Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub, including order fulfilment, stock

management, and delivery logistics.

• Ensure timely processing of orders and manage return/refund processes.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth

operations.

2. Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and

inventory checks.

• Ensure that inventory is stored correctly and in optimal conditions.

3. Staff Management:

• Supervise hub staff, including picking, packing, and shipping teams.
• Train and develop staff to optimize performance and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure that staffing levels meet operational demands.

4. Customer Experience:

• Ensure that orders are processed quickly and correctly to meet customer

expectations.

• Resolve customer complaints related to delivery issues or product availability.

5. Performance Analysis:

• Monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfilment speed, accuracy, stock turnover).
• Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Report operational performance to senior management.

6. Health and Safety:

• Ensure that the hub operates within health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
