JD: Hub Manager Pronto

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Hub Manager to take full ownership of hub operations, ensuring smooth execution, partner discipline, and on-time fulfillment of bookings. This role demands strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment**.**

Key Responsibilities:
Drive hub performance with zero missed bookings and high customer NPS.
Manage partner relations: attendance, rosters, grooming, discipline, and escalations.
Ensure dispatchers release instant bookings within SLA (45 seconds). Oversee hub infra: bikes, batteries, supplies, and staffing escalate shortages proactively.
Coordinate with Cluster Manager on planning, labor supply, and training needs.
Maintain shift discipline and overall decorum at the hub.

Requirements:
2-6 years of experience in last-mile ops / logistics / quick commerce.
Strong people management and operations planning skills.
Hands-on with Excel, dashboards, and tech adoption.
Ability to work in 9-hour shifts, 6 days/week (morning/night).
