🚛 Hub Operations Supervisor | Fuel Retail

We are redefining fuel delivery through smart, digital, and sustainable solutions. We are looking for a Hub Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day fuel delivery operations, fleet dispatch, loading activities, and manpower management while ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hub operations and fuel delivery activities.
• Review delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of vehicles.
• Manage loading operations for fuel tanker fleets.
• Coordinate fleet allocation, route execution, and driver assignments.
• Monitor fleet utilization, operational efficiency, and service levels.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead and support drivers, operators, and hub personnel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle operational emergencies and resolve day-to-day challenges effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in:
• Fuel Distribution
• Petroleum Operations
• Logistics
• Transportation
• Fleet Management
• Supply Chain Operations
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and fleet operations.
• Experience managing drivers, operators, or field teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and extended hours when required.
