Hub Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Penang hub, covering order processing, packing, dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of riders, dispatchers, drivers and operations team.
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and delivered within the required timeline.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), delivery success rate and delivery failures.
• Plan delivery routes and allocate manpower based on daily operational requirements.
• Conduct daily team briefings and communicate operational instructions clearly.
• Handle customer complaints, delivery issues and other operational matters.
• Ensure all operations comply with company SOPs, safety requirements and operational procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports and performance updates.
• Work closely with the Supervisor and relevant teams to identify operational issues and implement improvements.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end hub operation and ensure smooth daily execution.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in courier, logistics, transportation, warehouse or related operations.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Executive or Supervisor will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead and coordinate a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with operational systems and reports.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willing to work according to operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to be hands-on with hub operations, including packing, dispatch and delivery coordination.
