Hub Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hub Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our EV fleet hub. The role will be responsible for driver management, vehicle availability and readiness, charging coordination, maintenance follow-ups, team supervision, and ensuring smooth and efficient hub operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete driver's hiring, onboarding, allocation, attendance, and daily management processes.
• Supervise and manage a team of Hub/Operations Executives and ensure effective execution of daily activities.
• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with drivers and service teams for vehicle servicing, preventive maintenance, repairs, and breakdown resolution.
• Plan and monitor daily EV charging schedules to ensure vehicles are adequately charged and available for operations.
• Monitor driver and vehicle performance, identify operational issues, and take corrective actions.
• Maintain and review daily operational MIS, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Track driver attendance, vehicle deployment, charging status, maintenance status, and other key operational parameters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve driver, vehicle, charging, and operational issues on a timely basis.
• Identify operational gaps and implement measures to improve fleet utilization, vehicle uptime, driver productivity, and hub efficiency.
• Conduct regular team briefings and ensure drivers and hub staff are aware of operational and safety requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, mobility, or EV operations.
• Prior experience managing drivers and field/operations teams.
• Experience in fleet or hub operations will be preferred.
• EV fleet/EV charging experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with MS Excel / Google Sheets and operational MIS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or extended hours based on operational requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
