$150,000 - $170,000 + super

CalibrX is partnering with a growing HubSpot consulting partner looking for a Lead HubSpot Solution Architect to become the technical authority across its delivery function.

This is a senior, client-facing role where you will lead discovery, design scalable HubSpot solutions, architect integrations across multiple platforms, and provide technical direction across complex implementations.

You will also play an important leadership role within the team, mentoring HubSpot Implementation Specialists, improving technical standards and supporting pre-sales on larger and more complex opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery and architecture workshops for complex HubSpot implementations
• Design scalable solutions across multiple HubSpot Hubs and integrated platforms
• Architect integrations between HubSpot, ERP, finance and third-party systems
• Own technical standards, solution design and architecture best practices
• Review complex solution designs and act as the technical escalation point across delivery
• Work closely with implementation teams to ensure solutions are delivered in line with the agreed architecture
• Support pre-sales with technical discovery, solution design, estimates and client demonstrations
• Mentor consultants and improve technical capability across the wider delivery team
• Develop reusable frameworks, documentation and implementation best practices

Experience:

• Extensive experience delivering complex HubSpot implementations across multiple Hubs
• Strong experience leading solution architecture for mid-market or enterprise customers
• Deep understanding of business processes across Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations
• Strong experience designing integrations between HubSpot and ERP or other third-party platforms
• Ability to lead workshops and communicate complex solutions to senior stakeholders
• Experience mentoring consultants and improving technical delivery standards
• Advanced HubSpot certifications
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to pre-sales and solution estimation
