HubSpot Solutions Consultant

Steadman Hub are working exclusively alongside a major HubSpot partner based in Germany, who are currently looking to expand their delivery department. They specialise in major digital transformations, complex migrations, and deep platform integrations that revolutionise how businesses perform.

They are looking to bring in a HubSpot Consultant to build their expertise here. They're open to differing experience levels but the key aspect is bringing experience working for another HubSpot partner agency. You'll lead discovery sessions and build solutions before training client teams on HubSpot best practise. This is a Germany based role, albeit it remote - you need to be Germany based.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions across a number of HubSpot projects, efficiently scoping business requirements and mapping solutions
• Lead technical build - configuring pipelines, building workflows, and ensuring HubSpot is in the right place for the business to scale
• Integrate HubSpot into external systems - both natively, via Zapier, and then more technical channels like APIs
• Train client teams on best practise, ensuring the system is understood properly post go-live

Experience & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a HubSpot partner is vital in this role in a consulting role
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able of building rapport and driving system buy-in
• Knowledge of integrations into HubSpot - anything technical like APIs is desirable
• Strong knowledge of the full HubSpot suite
• Minimum B2 level German & full working rights
