Huck's Warehouse - Full Case Order Selector

Full Case Selector

Carmi Wholesale Distributors, LLC

This Is Physical Work—and That's Part of What Makes It Rewarding.

The Full Case Department is an active, physically demanding work environment. As a Full Case Selector, you'll spend your shift on your feet, moving throughout the warehouse, selecting cases of product, lifting, carrying, stacking, and building orders. The work requires strength, stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to keep moving.

If you enjoy physical work, take pride in accomplishing something tangible each day, and want to be part of a team that works hard together, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do

• Select cases of product accurately and efficiently to build customer orders.
• Repeatedly lift, carry, move, and stack cases throughout your shift.
• Work on your feet and remain physically active for the duration of your shift.
• Build stable, organized pallets that are ready for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with your teammates to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who understand that this job takes effort and are willing to put that effort in.

Successful Full Case Selectors Are

• Dependable – You show up ready to work and can be counted on by your team.
• Hardworking – You understand that the job requires physical effort and a consistent pace.
• Safety-minded – You take care of yourself, your coworkers, and the products you're handling.
• Accurate – You understand that getting the right product to the right customer matters.
• Team-oriented – You are willing to help your coworkers and contribute to the success of the entire department.
• Willing to learn – You don't have to know everything on day one. We will teach you our processes and expectations.

What You Can Expect

This isn't a desk job, and it isn't for someone looking for a slow-paced workday. You'll move, lift, bend, reach, stack, and work throughout the warehouse. The work can be challenging, but you'll also have the satisfaction of seeing what you've accomplished at the end of your shift.
