Hull Performance Solutions Manager

Location: Shanghai About The Role As a Hull Performance Solutions Manager, you will help shape and deliver innovative hull performance solutions that create measurable value for customers and drive growth across the marine business. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate market insights, vessel performance data, and regulatory developments into commercially successful solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development, commercialization, and continuous improvement of hull performance solutions throughout the customer journey.
• Turn customer insights, market intelligence, regulatory trends, and performance data into solution opportunities and roadmap priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation and market adoption.
• Engage customers, sales teams, and industry stakeholders to validate opportunities and communicate solution value.
• Develop customer value propositions, business cases, and sales enablement materials.
• Support solutions launch, go-to-market execution, customer adoption, training, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate across commercial, technical, digital, marketing, service, and partner functions.

What You’ll Bring

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial, technical, advisory, service development, or customer-facing maritime roles.
• Strong understanding of vessel efficiency, hull performance, decarbonization, and maritime regulations.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business case development skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
