Human Capital Development Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :- Support Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the recruitment process. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment. Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting activities. Maintain and update organization structures and job descriptions. Support Organization Development initiatives, including competency frameworks and organizational effectiveness projects. Coordinate employee engagement and culture-building initiatives. Support the implementation of Learning & Development programs based on business needs. Coordinate training logistics, attendance tracking, and effectiveness evaluations. Support the performance management cycle and monitor completion of performance reviews. Support talent review and succession planning activities. Maintain records of high-potential employees and development plans. Track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and follow up on agreed actions. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and talent management analytics. Generate reports related to recruitment, training, turnover, performance, and talent development. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and talent management records. Related Assignments Perform other related duties or assignments as directed All reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company policies and requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field. Experience:- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or related HR functions. Skills: - Knowledge of talent management and HR best practices. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Organizational and project coordination skills. Good in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with HR systems and reporting tools. Good in English
