Human Capital Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Human Capital Executive to join SATS Seletar. in the North-East Region on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role that sits at the heart of our human resources function, driving people-focused initiatives that directly contribute to organisational success. As a Human Capital Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and organisational performance. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our workplace culture and employee experience whilst supporting the broader business objectives of SATS Group.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and delivering human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives and organisational goals
• Managing employee engagement programmes, including performance management, learning and development, and retention strategies
• Providing HR advisory support to line managers and senior leadership on people-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Overseeing talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure we attract and retain high-quality candidates
• Monthly Payroll functions
• Conducting workforce planning and analytics to identify skill gaps and support succession planning initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practice HR standards
• Managing employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, whilst maintaining a positive workplace culture
• Contributing to the development and implementation of organisational culture and values initiatives

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a human resources or people-focused role, preferably within a consulting or generalist HR environment

• Strong knowledge of employment law, recruitment best practices, and current HR trends and regulations

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation

• Experience in talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable HR insights

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex HR concepts clearly

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools

• A professional HR qualification is highly desirable

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with HR best practices
