Human Capital Manager

Requirement :

• Minimum S1 Degree from reputable university

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in various industries

• Able to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in performance management methodologies, including KPIs and productivity analysis to enhance employee performance.

• Strong experience in talent acquisition & workforce planning

• Experienced in designing and delivering training programs that enhance soft skills and hard skill.

• Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits structures

• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance.

• Demonstrated good communication skills, strong leadership, initiative, ethics, control function, and well-organized multitasking.

• Willing to work at Central Jakarta
