Human Capital Staff

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Human Capital function.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment and general Human Capital administration.
• Experience using HRIS and recruitment platforms.
• Experience in preparing recruitment reports and developing related SOPs.
• Good understanding of company policies and Human Capital procedures.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office SIF, Wisma Indomobil, East Jakarta.
