Human Centered Change Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Human Centered Change Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will guide complex transformation efforts with a strong focus on human-centered change strategy, stakeholder alignment, and measurable adoption outcomes. You will partner closely with executives, client teams, and cross-functional partners to shape new operating practices and support successful organizational transitions. The position also calls for a blend of service design, behavioral science, and consulting discipline to improve readiness, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $123,100 – $186,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change strategies for complex transformations
• Utilize human-centered service design and behavioral science in planning
• Facilitate partnerships to create new operational practices
• Drive executive alignment for successful transformation initiatives
• Analyze organizational readiness for change and identify barriers
• Design metrics to evaluate change initiative success
• Act as the client-facing lead for quality delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles related to change management
• Expertise in change management principles and methodologies, including Levers and ADKAR
• Ability to communicate human-centered change value at all levels
• Proficient in leading large-scale transformation engagements
• Experience coaching and developing team members and junior consultants
• Working knowledge of AI applications in consulting
• Strong workshop design and facilitation skills
