Human-Centered Change Senior Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Human-Centered Change Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will guide complex transformation efforts by shaping change strategies that help enterprise clients adopt new ways of working with confidence. You will serve as a central point of accountability for engagement delivery, bringing senior stakeholders into alignment while driving measurable adoption outcomes. The position blends client-facing consulting, organizational change management, and cross-functional project leadership in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,100 – $227,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic change strategies for complex transformations
• Drive senior leadership alignment and support for successful outcomes
• Serve as the central point of accountability for human-centered change engagement delivery
• Lead the development and execution of change strategies in complex environments
• Manage project scope, timelines, and client engagements
• Identify new business opportunities and connect key stakeholders
• Lead team dynamics and resolve conflicts within project teams

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Consulting experience in enterprise-level technology transformation, ideally with Fortune 500 companies
• Strong proficiency in AI tools for innovation and efficiency
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Ability to articulate the value of human-centered change to stakeholders
• Experience designing monitoring frameworks for change success
• Strong organizational change management background
• Excellent research and synthesis skills
