About the role
Golden Richland Farm Corporation is seeking a full-time Human Resource Admin to join our team in San Mateo, Isabela. In this role, you will be responsible in the day-to-day administrative tasks and supports the smooth operation of a company's human resources department, focusing on recruitment processes, employee records, payroll support, benefits administration, HR initiatives/programs designed to improve employee engagement, retention and overall performance. and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, from assessing staffing needs and proposing additional manpower requirements based on departmental and organizational needs, recruitment, and onboarding to performance management and off boarding, and workforce planning.
• Coordinating and administering HR-related processes and documentation, including payroll, benefits, and employee records, and the preparation and dissemination of HR memoranda and company announcements.
• Providing support to company and its employees, addressing HR inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborating with the Management to implement company policies, procedures, standards, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Contributing to the development and enhancement of company systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supporting the development and implementation of employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives, including learning and development seminars, monthly employee engagement programs, KPI-based incentive schemes, and annual team-building activities, to foster employee motivation, strengthen retention, and improve overall organizational performance.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR administrator or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Proficient in using HR-related software and technologies, such as HRIS and payroll systems for effective adminstration
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
