Human Resource Administrator

📍 Hanoi, Vietnam | Hybrid | Full-time

We’re hiring an HR Administrator to join PAAR4, an FDI company, focusing on driving digital transformation for its clients in manufacturing & automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Manage onboarding for new hires and contractors, including documentation and records
• Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance with Vietnam labor law
• Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, and contractor engagement terms
• Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain personnel records and HR documentation systems
• Advise leadership on HR best practices as headcount grows

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HR management experience, ideally in a small or scaling company
• Working knowledge of Vietnam labor law and compliance requirements
• Strong English communication skills (Vietnamese fluency required)
• Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving team

Compensation & Benefits:

• 13 - 18M VND per month (based on experience)
