Human Resource & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities: -

1. To provide clerical and administrative support to Assistant Human Resources Manager.
2. Handling of employee enquiries, complaints and grievances.
3. Handle monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
4. Handle foreign worker matters, including work permits, visas, renewals, and documentation.
5. Handling of employee enquiries, complaints and grievances.
6. To process documentation and prepare reports relating to Human Resource activities (recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, foreign workers documentations and etc).
7. To communicate with relevant government authorities (Immigration, DOE, City Council and etc).
8. To conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
9. To assist in ensuring and upkeep continuous implementation of ISO related procedures and systems of Human Resource Department.

Job requirements: -

1. Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 2–3 years of HR & administration experience.
3. Experience in payroll and foreign worker matters.
4. Good knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
5. Good communication, organizational, and computer skills.
6. Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
