Human Resource & Admin Executive

Role Description

• Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and employee relations.
• Manage payroll, employee records, leave, attendance and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
• Coordinate with external parties (immigration, PERKESO, KSWP, medical, vendors) when required.
• Provide general administration support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain office supplies, facilities and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Assists and handling ISO 9001:2008 documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder in HR or related field
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate records
• Familiar with oil and gas industry is a plus
• Need to have good communication skills and preferable languages are English and Malay

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
