Human Resource & Administration Manager

Location : West

Basic up to $7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

* Lead, direct and develop HR team to ensure that company’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively to support business needs and within established budgets.

* Engage, support and advise management team on HR related matters.

* Manage expatriates and internal assignment management.

* Prepare annual department budget forecast, monitor and control manpower and operating costs.

* Business partnering with Heads of Department to develop and implement human resource activities that are appropriate for business needs and are consistent with company's human resource strategy.

* Oversee general administration, building and facilities management.

* Support, corporate governance, compliance of company’s policies and practices, workplace safety related matters in line with the applicable laws and labor legislation

* Prepare and submit HR reports to management and head office.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Human Resource Management

• 8 years or more relevant experience

• Well versed in employment law & practices in Singapore

• Ability to multitask and coordinate several projects simultaneously

• Good interpersonal communication skill

• Team player with positive attitude
