Role & responsibilities

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Generate and identify potential business leads through various online and offline channels.
• Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
• Support the business development process and help achieve company growth targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and daily activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of recruitment and business activities.
