Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Help organize employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Ensure timely documentation and HR record management.
• Assist the HR team in daily operational activities and reporting.

Who Can Apply?

Fresh graduate in BMS / BBA /BCOM
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Eagerness to learn and grow in Human Resources
