HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience as an HR Assistant
• Knowledgeable in HR functions such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, and development is an advantage
• Ability to develop a working relationship with the interfacing department
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for providing support to various HR functions, but not limited to implementation and strengthening of employee onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, policy implementation, and others
• Conduct new employee orientation, prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transfer, promotion, and others
• Assist the HR Department in various projects, such as company events and training
