HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

About the role

An HR Assistant role supporting the full recruitment process and HR administration functions within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
• Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other employment correspondence
• Coordinate employee training programs, including course registration, training arrangements, training records, and HRDC/CIDB-related matters (where applicable)
• Monitor and maintain company licenses, permits, certifications, and ensure timely renewal with the relevant authorities
• Manage company vehicles, including road tax and insurance renewal, maintenance servicing, PUSPAKOM inspections, fuel cards, vehicle records, and user allocation
• Prepare HR reports, employee letters, and other administrative reports as requested by Management
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• Provide general administrative support and perform any other duties assigned by Management

About you

• Experience handling company licenses and vehicle administration is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
