Human Resource Assistant

📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure all employee information and records are accurate, complete and up to date.
• Maintain leave, attendance and absenteeism records.
• Maintain employee accident and claim records and ensure supporting documents are complete.
• Update and maintain employee training records, including attendance and training certificates.
• Update records relating to employment contracts, employment status and service information.
• Organise and maintain employee files and HR documents systematically.
• Perform data entry and data verification in HR systems and records.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and employee data when required.
• Ensure HR records are properly maintained and readily available for audit and monitoring purposes.
• Perform other related HR administrative duties as assigned.

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates with office administration, clerical or data entry experience will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Good data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to manage a large volume of documents and records in an organised manner.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work within deadlines.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
