What they need
- Assist in the day-to-day HR and administrative activities for the company and property management sites.
- Assist with recruitment activities including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, renewal letters and other HR documents.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, documentation and staff registration.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, medical leave and overtime records.
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation and provide accurate attendance and payroll information.
- Assist with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other statutory-related submissions.
- Coordinate staff medical benefits, panel clinics and medical claims.
- Assist in monitoring probation and contract expiry dates.
- Handle employee enquiries and assist with general HR matters.
- Coordinate with Building Managers, Building Supervisors and Site Administrators regarding staff-related matters.
- Assist with disciplinary documentation, warning letters and other employee-related matters when required.
- Prepare HR reports, filing and other HR documentation.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
