Human Resource Assistant

• Draft job postings, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, prepare employment contracts, and lead orientation for new hires.
• Track attendance, calculate hours or process payroll data, and administer employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
• Act as a liaison between staff and management, mediate workplace conflicts, handle grievances, and enforce company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, handle disciplinary or termination procedures, conduct exit interviews, and ensure alignment with labor laws and government mandates (such as SSS, PhilHealth, and BIR in the Philippines).
• Coordinate performance reviews, track staff development, and organize training workshops

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
