Human Resource Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field,
• 1-2 years of HR experience (RECRUITMENT)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel
• Prior restaurant/food industry recruitment experience preferred
• Self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills.
• High level of discretion with confidential material

TASKS:

• Manages recruiting efforts of non-exempt positions, exempt positions.
• Recruits, arrange the interviews with hiring manager.
• Prepares offer letters and New Hire Information
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
• Assist in the day to day operations of the HR Department
• Assist with the recruiting and on boarding process
• PROVIDE ORIENTATION WITH THE EMPLOYEES CODE OF CONDUCT
• PROVIDE TRAINING WITH BASIC SEQUENCE OF SERVICE
• Post job vacancies and manage applicant inquiries.
• Create recruitment materials, including social media posts and Indeed postings.

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
