Human Resource Assistant

• Sourcing & Job Posting: Publish job vacancies across online job boards, career sites, and social media platforms. Search resume databases and active networks to source qualified candidates.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review incoming resumes and job applications against job requirements. Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate basic qualifications and interest.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Send calendar invites, follow-up reminders, and prompt status updates.
• Candidate Communication & Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for applicants. Answer inquiries regarding the hiring process and deliver timely updates to maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Pre-Employment & Background Checks: Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment medical examinations. Collect required government or statutory forms.
• Onboarding & Record Keeping: Prepare employment offer letters, contracts, and initial 201 employee files. Assist with new hire orientation and first-day logistics (e.g., system logins, workspace setup).
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, applicant tracking system (ATS) databases, and weekly hiring metrics reports.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
