Human Resource Assistant / Executive

Key Responsibilities: -

• Assist recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and employee onboarding.
• Assist to maintain employee records and administer attendance, leave, claims, confirmation, transfer and resignation matters.
• Assist to process monthly payroll and statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp levy and PCB.
• Attend to employee enquiries and assist with grievances, disciplinary matters and engagement activities.
• Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, training and employee development programmes.
• Assist to ensure HR practices comply with Company policies and Malaysian labour laws.
• Assist to prepare HR reports and support general HR, audit and office administrative matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by management and achieve the required KPIs.

Requirement: -

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or related field.
• 1 year of working experience in Human Resource is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience in UBS payroll software is an added advantage.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to speake and write with Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandrin.
