Human Resource Associate (1 year contract, comvertible)

Basic up to $3,700 + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

1.Global Mobility Operations: Support payroll, tax, relocation administration, onboarding coordination, mobility documentation, compliance, and record management.

2.Immigration Administration: Coordinate and administer Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, and other immigration-related processes.

3.Documentation & Billing: Manage billing workflows, internal chargebacks, approvals tracking, and HR-related agreements/documentation.

4.System Support & Data Management: Support HR system implementation, data migration activities, and ongoing system maintenance.

5.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to support business operations and departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of HR administration or HR operations experience.

• Exposure to mobility administration and/or immigration processes such as Employment Pass applications.

• Regional HR operations experience or HR system transition experience will be advantageous.

Knowledge of payroll and mobility-related processes.

• Knowledge on Work pass application processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel preferred).

• Experience using HR Management Systems (HRMS).

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Familiarity with international mobility, relocation, and immigration processes is advantageous.
