What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
- At least six (6) months of relevant experience in Human Resource is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
