What they need
Key responsibilities
- Manage the talent acquisition process such as recruits, interviews hire, and train new staff. This includes sourcing applicants and reviewing resumes.
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions for new employees.
- Compile and process employee documentation and record (201 file), and keep the employee database up to date.
About you
- Graduate in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- At least 1 year working experience in the same field.
- Has a good interpersonal skills and people oriented.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
