HR ASSOCIATE

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Salary: ₦200,000 monthly

Job Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Associate to support our day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

* Support recruitment, interviews and onboarding.

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

* Track attendance, leave and staff performance.

* Support payroll preparation and other HR administrative tasks.

* Handle employee queries and support staff welfare.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Assist with disciplinary processes and other HR initiatives.

Requirements

* 1–3 years’ experience in HR or a related role.

* HND/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

* Good communication and organisational skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

* Experience in real estate, hospitality or a service-based company is an advantage.

* Must reside on the Island or within close proximity to Lekki.
