Human Resource Associate

The Hotel HR Assistant helps manage the full employee lifecycle—from sourcing and onboarding to daily attendance tracking, payroll support, and staff welfare. They act as a primary point of contact for hotel associates across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), Kitchen, Engineering, and Support Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Draft job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support end-to-end hiring for hourly and operational hotel staff.
• Prepare offer letters, collect pre-employment documents, and conduct new-hire inductions.
• Payroll & Attendance Management:
• Track daily attendance, shift rosters, leaves, overtime, and allowances.
• Consolidate and verify attendance data to support monthly payroll processing.
• Employee Records & Administration:
• Maintain accurate physical and digital personnel files.
• Track probation periods, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit/separation formalities.
• Employee Relations & Welfare:
• Assist in addressing staff grievances and supporting disciplinary procedures.
• Help coordinate staff facilities (such as staff dining, lockers, transport, or dormitories) and organize employee engagement events and recognition programs.
• Training & Compliance:
• Maintain training logs and schedule mandatory operational or safety sessions.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws, statutory registers, and hotel standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
