Human Resource Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vidyavihar, Mumbai. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in HR, admin, or both.

You will be the one HR and admin person for a 20-person team. That means hiring, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and the policies that hold it together. It also means running the office: vendors, supplies, travel bookings, maintenance, and making sure things work before anyone notices they didn't.

You will work directly with the founder on hiring plans and team culture. There is no HR department to hide behind. If something is broken, you fix it.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• End-to-end recruitment: writing posts, screening, scheduling, closing offers.
• Working knowledge of payroll inputs, PF, ESIC, PT, and the Shops and Establishments Act.
• Comfort with onboarding, exits, documentation, and employee records.
• Ability to manage office vendors, travel, courier, and housekeeping without follow-ups.
• Discretion. You will handle salaries and personal matters.
• Good written and spoken English and Hindi. Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree in any field. An MBA or diploma in HR is an advantage.
• Organised, firm when needed, and easy to approach.
