traded companies, privately-held businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.

Position Description
The Human Resource Associate/Payroll Specialist directly interacts with clients and firm management, having responsibilities for our clients' HR and payroll requests.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and retirement contributions per client's payroll cycle

• Respond and advise clients regarding payroll, retirement, and health insurance

• Respond and address taxing authority notices relating to HR and payroll

• Process new hire documents (e.g., payroll, health insurance, retirement)

• Advise and implement HR policies (e.g., payroll, health insurance, retirement) for new clients

• Draft agreements (e.g., offer letters) and correspondence for clients

• Coordinate information and reporting with firm team members

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree

• Absolute attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a growing and fast-paced environment

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently
