Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or Equivalent

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused BHR Executive / Team Lead-BHR to join our HR team. This role will act as a key HR partner for business teams, driving employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and recruitment coordination while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Employee Relations & Engagement
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Performance Management Support
Recruitment Coordination & Workforce Tracking
HR Analytics, MIS & Reporting

Required Skills:

• Strong stakeholder and employee relationship management
• Sound understanding of HR processes and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Business HR / HR Generalist background
• Experience managing onboarding, employee engagement, performance reviews, and HR operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-location environment
