We are an executive search firm specializing in the healthcare sector.

We are currently hiring for the position of HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a leading dialysis service provider company in Bhopal location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing HR operations, employee records, and statutory compliance
• Supporting employee life cycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Assisting in recruitment activities, interview coordination, and talent acquisition support.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering positive employee relations.
• Supporting performance management and learning & development programs.
• Coordinating payroll inputs and addressing payroll-related queries.
• Willing to travel in Madhya Pradesh, as required by the company.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience
• Healthcare industry preferred, but others are also welcome.
• Interested in healthcare industry
• Willing to travel
