Human Resource Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to business leaders by analyzing workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and processes to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to labor laws, statutory regulations, grievance redressal mechanisms, etc.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, salary reviews, promotions & transfers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position in a manufacturing industry setting.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven track record of developing strong relationships with senior leadership teams across multiple functions within an organization.
