Human Resource Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
• Manage employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, ensuring resolution through open communication channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance skills gaps identified through talent management initiatives.
• Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR interventions and provide data-driven insights for future decision-making.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in Business HR or related field (Corporate HR).
• Strong understanding of business partnering principles, including organizational development and strategic HR practices.
• Proven track record in managing employee grievances, conflict resolution, and performance management systems.
