Job Summary

Lead HR operations across the state and act as a strategic business partner to business leaders. Drive workforce planning, recruitment, PMS, statutory compliance, employee relations, capability development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies and people initiatives.
• Drive manpower planning, budgeting, organizational structures, and HR operations.
• Ensure timely recruitment and closure of manpower requirements.
• Manage performance management processes, goal setting, and talent reviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Drive learning, capability development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
• Monitor HR metrics, ESS scores, retention, and business partnership effectiveness.

Preferred Profile
